KTEL Chanion-Rethymnou S.A
Another option for using the public bus to get to Agia Pelagia and from Agia Pelagia to Heraklion, would be to take the bus connection HERAKLION to RETHYMNO or, HERAKLION to CHANIA and vice versa from the highway road, as this line has a much more frequent schedule, once every hour (early morning to late night: first bus from Heraklion city to Rethymno city is at 05:30 and then runs once every hour - with the last one on 21:30).
