A DIVING PARK in MONONAFTIS (Agia Pelagia Resort): The Environmental Impact Study for the Mononaftis diving park (a collaboration of the Municipality of Malevizi, the Municipality of Hersonissos, the Chamber of Heraklion and the Hellenic Center for Marine Research) was completed and is being approved for the development of diving tourism in Mononaftis bay, the creation of an underwater park/diving park (in the wider area of Agia Pelagia Holiday Resort on CRETE). 05.11.2018

DIVING CENTERS in Agia Pelagia are open from end of March/mid April until begining of November. The wider resort area of Agia Pelagia with consists of several marveloous bays, offers numerous diving locations and underwater attractions that are ideal for all divers, both beginers and experience/pro divers.

Divers are taken to the diving locations by specifically designed diving boats. Daily cruising tours along the North coast of Crete and to "Dia island" are offered with diving boats.

The nearby House Reef is offered for scuba diving for any level of divers: from beginners (non-divers), inexperienced divers, scuba diving training as well as advanced scuba diving courses and also for night diving.
